Our core values

People First

We are the company we keep. With whom we spend our days, is reflective of who we are and the work that we do. People are what matter first — good-hearted, big-thinking people — seven days a week. Everything else follows.

Welcome Uncharted Terrain

The work we do requires reflection. Discovering one’s essence and sharing it online is scary. Naturally so. But we crave facing the fear, charting the path, and the human connection formed in between. We guide others to where they are going, because we’ve been there many times before.

own our story

Our story is the most valuable currency we trade. Our story is about what we absolutely cannot withhold from the world to make it better. When we share our story well, we risk positive impact. When we own our story truthfully, we become irresistible to any audience.

bring grace

We invite our tribe to show up with grace. To say what needs to be said from a place of generosity and goodwill. By doing so, we give each other permission to prosper. Transparency and feedback are encouraged to exercise a “We” vs. “Me” mindest. We push each other to be better and knock our goals outta the park.

Choose Gratitude

Showing up grateful means shedding the meaningless details of our lives and shining a light on the fundamentals of our purpose. Our work is reflective, extracting what’s within and leaving joy in our wake. When we choose to navigate life with gratitude, our days become richer and so do the stories we share.

be the lightning rod

We don’t do boring - it’s not in our DNA, so we can’t help but create exciting digital footprints. We stay grounded; meeting every project with high energy to create and motivate those around us, deflecting any negative deviations along the way. Energy attracts a tribe, so we make sure to bring to our experience exactly what we want to get back.

Throw Confetti

Celebrate loud and often. Small wins are big steps - we make a point to pause and party when a little victory comes our way. Because people and platforms continuously evolve, the work we do is full of wins, lessons and growth, and a good laugh gets us through the journey. Who doesn’t love to throw confetti?
